Mr. Ni graduated from Peking University in 1990, obtaining an LLB. He had worked as civil servant prior to joining our Guangzhou office in 1994. Now, he is a managing partner responsible for our Zhuhai office.
With strong education background and professional drive, Mr. Ni has established a reputation in the solution of advanced and complicated legal problems. In the insolvency of GITIC, he was instructed to advise the liquidator on derivatives, global bonds and conciliation letters the subsequent cases arising from which had been the first out of the similar cases before Chinese courts then. In addition to assisting our clients in capital markets, He has served as counsel for a number of exporters, medias and construction contractors.
Mr. Ni has committed to serving clients in such practice areas as company law, capital markets, insolvency and restructuring, anti-dumping and anti-subsidy.
