Ms. Zhou obtained her LLB degree from Sun Yat-Sen University in 1990. She was awarded the Lawyer Qualification in 1992 and the Tax Practitioner Qualification in 1998 respectively.
Ms. Zhou has been appointed as counsel by many large-sized companies and the World Bank Lending Office in Guangzhou. She has extensive experience and expertise in dispute resolution, particularly in civil litigation and has represented our clients in a series of heavyweight cases. As well as providing high quality legal services, she has long committed to working closely with our clients and provided such supplementary services as management counseling and employee training as requested.
In addition to dispute resolution, Ms. Zhou specializes in real estate, mortgage, bank lending, insolvency and restructuring.
