Ms. He has served in our law firm for 6 years and was promoted to be a partner in 2003.
Ms. He’s professional skills in infrastructure construction and tax have long been widely recognized among our clients. She has served as counsel for many market-leading construction contractors in a series of infrastructure projects. Legal services provided by her include project financing, tax-based financing, tax designing, tax-related dispute resolution, restructuring and so forth. In addition, she was appointed as counsel by the World Bank Lending Office in Guangzhou and Guangdong TV, respectively.
Ms. He’s areas of practice are general corporate matters, tax, FDI and infrastructure construction.
