Guo Xiaogui graduated from the School of Aviation, Nanjing Aeronautics and Astronautics University. He used to work with the Air Force of China and a Mechanic Research Institute. Guo Xiaogui obtained the qualification of the patent agent in 1988 and was once the Chief Director of Guangzhou Patent Office. He is skilled in intellectual property law, especially patent law. He have dealt with over 800 intellectual property related matters since 1998, involving patent application, trademarks, and patents.
