Mr. Shen graduated from the School of Law, Beijing University. He furthered his legal education at the School of Law, Xiamen University and received an M.Phil in International Economic Law. In addition, he obtained an LLM in Banking and Finance at University College London and an MSc Law and Accounting at London School of Economics and Political Science, respectively.
Before joining Kingson, Mr. Shen worked first with a leading commercial bank and then a well-known IT group. In Kingson, he contributed to assets collection and disposal involved in the liquidation of Guangdong International Trust and Investment Corporation. He has also been responsible for or significantly involved in dozens of M&A, financing, capital markets, foreign direct investment and disposal of non-performing assets projects. Making research while working, Mr. Shen has published a series of academic articles on banking, tax, payment system and corporate governance.
Mr. Shen specializes in company law, corporate finance, M&A, banking, capital markets, non-performing assets, real estate, foreign direct investment and other foreign-related business.
Mr. Shen speaks fluent Chinese and English.
