Miss Huang graduated from University of International Business and Economics, obtaining the master degree in International Law. Miss Huang joined Kingson Law Firm as an associate in January, 1999. Miss Huang’s professional scope is Company Insolvency and Liquidation, Foreign Direct Investment, Finance, International Sale of Goods, Foreign Litigation, and Arbitration. Miss Huang has been in particular involved in the insolvency and liquidation of the Guangdong International Trust and Investment Corporation Shenzhen Company and acquired tremendous first hand experience in the cutting edge bankruptcy and liquidation practice in China. Miss Huang is also very experienced in the establishment and restructuring of foreign-invested enterprises and she is knowledgeable to all the preferential policies and treatments for foreign investment available in Shenzhen Economic Special Zone. Moreover, Miss Huang has been worked closely with Hong Kong Banks regarding the financing, registration and restructuring of foreign debts.
